I’m honored that you’re willing to travel to get tattooed by me! Many of you are seasoned pros at traveling to get tattooed, but if this is your first time, here are some of the basics:
How much can we get done in one sitting?
A lot depends on placement, complexity of the design, negative space, and of course, client tolerance. Everyone’s skin is different, and some folks’ skin just takes ink much faster than others. Predrawn projects contain a session estimate in the listing, and customs an be discussed once I’ve seen a photo of the area we’ll be working with. If you’re hoping for a larger piece, be prepared to sit for multiple days.
Can I book multiple days in a row instead of making multiple trips?
In most cases, yes, and I will chat with you about this via email before you book to make sure we are on the same page about the commitment required to complete the piece. For most pieces, we can structure the workflow so that we aren’t working on the same area more than once.
The submission form now contains a field where you can indicate your preference for multiple consecutive days or multiple trips.
What if I tap out once I’m there? Can I choose to make another trip instead of sitting for another day?
Absolutely. Listening to your body is the most important thing you can do to make sure your piece heals as well as possible.
Is the studio a B+B?
